Full Access is available for a one-time payment of USD $12, processed securely via Stripe. By completing your purchase, you gain immediate access to all digital content and features. Due to the immediate delivery of digital goods, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues preventing access to the service, please contact us at hello@celpipready.com within 7 days of purchase.
5. User Data
By using CELPIPReady, you consent to the collection of your email address, practice responses submitted for AI scoring, usage data, and CLB score history. 6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CELPIPReady and its operators shall not be liable for: (a) any immigration, visa, citizenship, or employment outcome; (b) any inaccuracy in AI-generated scoring or feedback; (c) any interruption or unavailability of the service; or (d) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
7. Content Originality
All practice questions, reading passages, writing prompts, listening scenarios, and other content on CELPIPReady are independently authored and are not reproduced from official Paragon Testing Enterprises materials. Any similarity to official CELPIP® exam content is coincidental and reflects the general format and style of language proficiency assessments.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
